Welcome to the Centre for Advancing International Management!

We are local and global - resident at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies, while developing a global reach in meeting the learning needs of professionals who believe in the total health of their communities.

Our central thrust is Total Health Management [THM] By this we mean the developed capacity of whole communities to integrate sustainably their physical, social, economic, environmental and spiritual wellness, linking human flourishing, earth and animal care as one health – one medicine.

We are looking for MDs, RNs,  NGO managers, public health specialists, government administrators, community organizers, emergency managers, humanitarian officials,, dentists, psychologists, development specialists and even entrepreneurs who all think in integrated ways about the wellness of communities. Our mission emphasizes "change practitioners" - working professionals who are in tune with the rapid pace of life today across health sectors.

Our new MBA in Multi-Sectr Health Management is an immediate place for you to plug in. We have exciting programs coming ... a Master's in International Management offered as a dual degree with SGU's Master in Public Health as well as a research Ph.D.
