Residencies
The first residency week in Grenada launches the initial face-to-face MBA class, bringing the various international teams together for the first time. Students are encouraged to bring a spouse or significant other, and several team-building and introductory events are scheduled to start off the program and allow participants to experience Grenada while meeting their classmates. The first course is Professional Practice , which sets the stage for the rest of the progam. The second residency block occurs toward the end of the program during the final course, Crisis and Change Management
The residency weeks are quite important to build relationships within the cohort and between teams. These are times of active learning with a range of activities scheduled to build professional competencies. Additional recreational events and opportunities to participate in the relaxing locale of Grenada are also built into the week. Each cohort stays together in the same beachfront hotel, with individual rooms, meals and events for participants covered as part of tuition.
