JANUARY

14–17

40th Anniversary Kick-Off Celebration

  • Charity Fun Run -Festivities begin on Saturday, January 14th with a Charity Fun Run from our current True Blue campus to our original campus on Grand Anse. You can register for this event here.
  • Alumni Dinner -To capture our beautiful sunset an Alumni Dinner Party will take place at the University Club. Alumni will gather to relive their university days and reconnect with University Administrators and their academic colleagues now spread across the world.
  • Investiture of Dr. G. Richard Olds as President of SGU On Sunday, January 15th. The University will hold the investiture of the University’s first, President Dr. G.Richards Olds, who will be formally installed during an on-campus ceremony. This event is by Invitation only.
  • Alumni Health Clinics
  • Campus Tours- Discover SGU campus tour. This is a fun way to discover interesting spots on campus and meet members of our community. Then on Tuesday 17th, please mark your calendars and join us for our highlight kickoff event.
  • Parade of Nations and Kick off celebrations
