Jeffrey Bates

Director of Admissions

A member of the St. George’s University family since August 2004, Jeffrey Bates truly enjoys traveling around the US and Canada to meet with prospective students and advisors, and feels privileged to be able to help students realize their dreams of becoming physicians and veterinarians. His favorite day of the year is the SGU graduation ceremony where he gets to see so many proud parents of happy students about to start their rewarding careers.

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Science in English/Creative Writing from the State University of New York at Brockport. His interests include playing baseball, Words With Friends, and visiting zoos nationwide. Jeffrey is an avid Yankee fan and has been to 16 major league stadiums around the country.
