How to Create a New IT Request

Click on "Create a New Request" for an Information Technology Issue.

 

Creating a new request

 

  • Fill in required fields as defined below.

 

IT Ticket

 

      1. Enter your Office/Dorm phone number or "None".
      2. Enter cell phone or other contact number.
      3. Please choose an appropriate priority number.
      4. Provide an explaination of your problem including all important information.
      5. Validate or update your SGU email address if necessary.
      6. Provide an alternate email address. (hotmail, gmail, etc.)
      7. Click on "Request Area" and choose the appropriate affected area.
      8. Select your department from the pull down menu.

 

  • Click on "Save" to submit the request.

  • A successful save will provide you with a ticket number.
