Housing Rates

True Blue – Newly Constructed Dormitories
Our newly constructed dorms at the True Blue campus are centrally air conditioned. Each room will accommodate two students. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, sink and microwave) and a full bath. There are laundry facilities conveniently located on each floor. A cleaning service is provided two days a week. Electricity is both 120 and 220 volts.

Grand Anse Campus
Students matriculating in August 2007 will be housed at the Grand Anse and True Blue campuses. The Grand Anse dormitories can accommodate two or three to a room, with or without air conditioning. Each room has a private bathroom and patio. These dormitories, situated on the beautiful Grand Anse Beach are approximately three miles from the True Blue campus or a ten minute bus ride to the campus. SGU University buses run every 20 minutes. You may prepare meals in the beachside pavilion, which houses a fully equipped kitchen, or contract a meal plan with the cooks there. Laundry facilities are available and free of charge. Refrigerators are available for rent upon your arrival. Cleaning service is also provided two days a week. Security is provided 24 hours a day. Electricity is 220 volts.

Triple*: $1,134.00 Air Conditioning Fee: $502.00

*We can accommodate triples if we have three people to a room. Otherwise you will be assigned and charged for a double.

Married Housing Suites at the Upper True Blue Campus
The Married Suites are located on Upper True Blue campus and include a queen size bed, desk and chair, kitchenette (stove and refrigerator), and full bath. This suite is centrally air conditioned. Laundry facilities are located in the building.

Married Housing: $5,933.00

Off-Campus Housing
You are eligible to seek off-campus housing if you are married, married with children, bringing pets with you or going into second term, or have received special permission through SGU’s Housing Office. In the event that you are eligible for off-campus housing, you may obtain a list of University-approved housing upon request. This housing is NOT sponsored by the University.
