What is SHOR? – Self Help Online Resource

SHOR is the University’s web-based help desk ticketing system. SHOR provides a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff to get timely help with their technology needs.

The purpose of SHOR is to:

  • Ability to submit requests for assistance online
  • Assign a University analyst with the proper skill set to resolve requests
  • Be able to monitor the progress of your request
  • Resolve technical requests in an efficient manner
