change your password (Students)

To change your password please click here: eTrust Admin

Directions on how to change your password:

The eTrust Identity and Access Management Self Service page will appear.  Enter your User Name and Password again and then click on Log In.

The first time you access the eTrust Identity and Access Management – Self Service site the following error message will appear:
  • Error: There are insufficient question/answer pairs to support self-authentication.
  • Then:
    • Enter a new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
    • You must complete the Self Authentication Questions section.  In case you forget your password, this will allow you to reset your password.
    • When all fields are entered click on Save.
