Professor of Small Animal Medicine

The Department of Clinical Studies, School of Veterinary Medicine at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies invites applications for the position of Professor of Small Animal Medicine starting January 1, 2006. The primary responsibilities of this position are teaching the course small animal medicine to veterinary students, participating in courses in diagnostics and animal handling and serving as a consultant to the veterinary teaching hospital. Candidates must have a DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited college of veterinary medicine, expertise in small animal medicine and a sincere desire to teach veterinary students. Candidates with board certification in the American College of Internal Veterinary Medicine or the European College of Internal Veterinary Medicine will be given preference. Salary is consistent with that paid in most US veterinary schools
