MD Degree Courses

In addition to the MPH courses, all MD/MPH Track students must successfully complete (12 credits) from the MD curriculum:

  • Basic principles of Medicine III (8 credits)
  • Principles of Clinical Medicine I (4 of 21 credits)

Hands On Learning

All SGU MPH students undergo several applied practice experiences.

This includes a 120-hour, field based practicum as well as a Capstone Integrated Learning Experience, which applies classroom knowledge to real-world public health challenges.

KEITH B. TAYLOR GLOBAL SCHOLARS PROGRAM

Push your boundaries with an exciting study abroad program that lets you complete one year of your basic sciences at Northumbria University in the UK. Earn a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE) in Biomedical Sciences upon successful completion of your first year before proceeding to Grenada to catch up with the rest of your classmates and complete the second year of the basic sciences curriculum.
