Dr. Jordan oversees the academic portion of the St. George’s University of Grenada School of Medicine/Northumbria University Program and provides strategic leadership to enhance all aspects of the KBTGSP. Dr. Jordan also serves as associate dean of enrollment planning for admissions and as professor of anatomy and administrative chair of the Department of Anatomical Sciences.

Dr. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in natural sciences and mathematics in 1965 from Florida Southern College, before beginning his doctoral work at the University of Florida. In 1966, he moved to the University of Cincinnati where he was awarded his PhD in anatomy and teratology in 1969. Following a one-year NIH Fellowship in environmental toxicology, Dr. Jordan joined the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) in 1970 as an assistant professor of anatomy. In 1979, he began his relationship with SGU, working as a visiting professor of anatomy from MCV. He was appointed a full-time professor in the Department of Anatomical Sciences in 1982 and served as its chair from 1992 to 2009.
