Are students required to have the COVID-19 vaccine and the COVID-19 vaccine booster?
As part of our plan for a full return to campus life, COVID-19 vaccines and booster vaccinations are required for all students, faculty, staff, administrators, vendors, and visitors on campus. Many universities around the world are requiring COVID-19 vaccination as part of their return strategies for the fall term. All students are required to be vaccinated in the country in which they are residing.
You are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after your second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after the single-dose J&J/Janssen vaccine. If you are not yet eligible to receive a vaccine booster by the time you arrive on campus, you must receive one within seven days of becoming eligible.
