Support Services

The Support Services team manages and maintains the effective utilization of the University’s Help Desk system, guaranteeing that support requests are addressed and resolved in an appropriate and timely manner. By closely monitoring all incoming requests, the Support Services Team ensures that the correct technical staff member is assigned to each call based upon their area of expertise and experience.  The team reviews and analyzes all support requests to develop recommendations for changes to processes, applications, and/or configurations to proactively prevent avoidable issues.
