Checking Ticket Status
Check ticket status:
- On the Homepage, click the Check Ticket Status
- Two columns containing open and closed incidents will display.
- Click the category title link to view the details of a ticket.
- For open tickets, you may do either of the following actions:
- Update
- Resolve
To reopen a closed ticket, from the closed incidents list:
- On the Homepage, click the Check Ticket Status
- Click the category title link to open the ticket.
- Click the Reopen (Enter additional comments as described in the next section)
