“Going to St. George’s University was one of the best decisions of my life. In addition to getting an outstanding education, I made friends from all over the world. That has to be one of my favorite things about SGU—the diversity of backgrounds of all of my classmates.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will the January 2021 term start in person or online?

While our goal is to return all students to campus as soon and safely as possible, we are confirming today that students in the School of Veterinary Medicine will continue exclusively via online distance learning for the entire January 2021 term.

SGU leadership considered all aspects of a potential return to campus in January but remains concerned about the worsening status of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world and the related increase in hospitalizations. Our priority is to focus on how we can protect your health, and that of the Grenadian community, by preventing spread of the disease. Although Grenada has few COVID-19 cases currently, many of our students live in or travel through countries where the cases of COVID-19 infection are poorly controlled and have been increasing dramatically.
