And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to HIS purpose. - Romans 8:28
Steve Baya Mungai, MD. What a journey it has been. Trials and tribulations made me think that maybe this dream won’t come true… but God.
For so long I pled and prayed for God to move the mountain of finances or just make a way through it only for Him to give me the strength to climb the mountain - To learn to embrace challenges in life as totally meaningful.
To learn that not only are the trials light in comparison to the joy and glory I have received thereafter but to also see the beauty to glory in tribulations. Knowing that tribulations produces perseverance and perseverance, character and character, hope. And this hope NEVER disappoints.
It’s very easy to fall for deceptions telling you to give up when times are tough and you can’t see a way out, but you must remember that the Lord has good plans for you. Plans to prosper you and not to harm, to give you a hope and a future. Don’t look to what is seen but dig deep and find solace in faith.
It may tarry BUT it shall surely happen. Never stop believing. No matter what your circumstances are, your God is greater than everything. We have nothing to fear for the future, except as we shall forget the way the Lord has led us in the past.
Take it from me, I have seen it with my own eyes, I have seen it I my own life.
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living.
Wait on the Lord;
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the Lord.

“When I received the email that I was nominated to speak on behalf of my colleagues, I felt beyond blessed,” Daphne shared. “This is such a gift to be able to represent my island family on such a monumental day in our lives.”
