Welcome, St. George’s University Alumni!
As an alumnus of St. George’s University, you are a valuable member of our family. We appreciate that you chose SGU as a launching point for your career, and our administration, faculty, and staff applaud your efforts, both to get where you are and where you’re going.
Although you are no longer with us in True Blue, we hope that you will stay involved with SGU, however you can. We have a number of ways in which you can do so, whether it be meeting with prospective students to share your experience at SGU and beyond, to join our Alumni Volunteer Directory, or to mingle with fellow graduates at an Alumni Association event.
St. George’s University Alumni Referral Grant
Our new referral program allows alumni to refer new applicants to St. George’s University School of Medicine. Newly accepted School of Medicine students who are referred by our grads are eligible to receive a financial scholarship of up to $20,000 towards tuition.
Please note that award amounts will vary, and all referrals must be sent prior to a student’s application submission. All award decisions are determined at the time of admission.

Alumni Volunteer Directory
The Alumni Volunteer Directory (AVD) divides graduates by city, state, and specialty, providing a detailed landscape of where our graduates are practicing – in the US, Canada, and around the world. As part of the AVD, grads share their personal and educational experiences with aspiring physicians and veterinarians.
Alumni Admission Mentor Program (AAMP)
Share your story with future students by joining the Alumni Admission Mentor Program (AAMP), which is designed to connect our alumni community with those interested in learning more about SGU. AAMP members can take part in a wide range of activities, including meeting with students at information sessions, conducting student interviews, or joining our Alumni Volunteer Directory.
Join Your Alumni Association
Alumni Associations for the Schools of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Arts and Sciences, and Graduate Studies to foster the spirit of loyalty and strengthen the ties between alumni, the community, and the University through outreach and regional events. We encourage all SGU graduates to participate.
