Biography
Dr. Lauren Orlando is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at St. George’s University. Dr. Orlando is a public health and human rights consultant. She engages in community-based programming and research with vulnerable populations, at-risk youth, adverse childhood experience, social determinants of health, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and gender-based violence. Dr. Orlando is actively engaged in community organizations in Grenada and conducts community-participatory research to promote in sustainable, social change.
