    Bio

    Dr. Anthony Andall is Vice Provost and Associate Professor in the Department of Business and Management Studies at St. George’s University, Grenada. He holds a Ph.D. in International Management from the University of Agder, Norway, an M.Sc. in International Business from Gothenburg University, Sweden, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Accounting from St. George’s University.

    With more than a decade of academic and administrative leadership experience, Dr. Andall has served as Assistant Provost (2019–2025), Chair of the Department of Business and Management Studies (2018–present), and Deputy Chair (2016–2018). His teaching portfolio spans undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy.

    His research interests focus on entrepreneurship, small business development, human resource management, and the dynamics of business in small island developing states. His doctoral dissertation examined the role of ethnic and professional networks among Caribbean-born entrepreneurs in Toronto, providing insights into migration, networks, and enterprise development. He has published peer-reviewed research, including in the International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship, and continues to advance scholarship in his areas of expertise.

    His contributions to education and service have been recognized through teaching awards, research fellowships, and professional honors. Dr. Andall remains committed to advancing scholarship, mentoring students, and strengthening business education in the Caribbean context.
