To reserve your seat, please sign your Acknowledgement of Admission and submit your tuition deposit by the due date.

Email addresses are created within 48 business hours of a deposit being received. SGU will use your alternate email address to notify you that your account has been created and provide instructions on how to access your new SGU email address through the University Portal (formerly known as Carenage). SAVE THE DATE FOR ORIENTATION
A mandatory orientation kicks off on Monday, March 22, with Setting Up For A Successful Learning Experience, a series of self-paced asynchronous sessions that cover everything you need to know in order to access the technology and software required for classes and exams. This will be followed by a second set of asynchronous sessions, beginning on March 29, entitled Resources for Life at SGU, aimed to prepare you for your academic journey at SGU. The final sessions will be led by your Course Director, Learning Strategists and College Director live on April 6. Students will be emailed when they have been added to the course site, and by the end of February, the live virtual sessions will be detailed on this page
Classes will begin on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.

THE SGU ID BADGE
All incoming students will be issued an official SGU student ID badge when they return to campus. Student ID badges are required to access campus buildings, classes, and university transportation. For more information, visit the university ID badge page at the link below.

It is SGU policy that all students maintain adequate health insurance and must confirm existing coverage. All students must either elect into or waive out of the plan. Within two weeks of submitting your deposit, health forms will be emailed to your SGU student email account. If you have not received your health forms within two weeks of submitting your deposit, please email Susan Conway at sconway@sgu.edu. Please include your full name, ID number, and program.
