Director of SVM Activities and Continuing Education

Jessieanne Fullerton coordinates School of Veterinary Medicine (SVM) events such as workshops, ceremonies, clinics, outreach projects, and educational programs. She has spearheaded the rebranding of the SVM Mentorship Program, which pairs students with alumni and faculty mentors. She has been responsible for the administration of the Global Veterinary Health Track, one of the programs that necessitates the SVM abiding by the standards set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

With an extensive background in public service with the Government of Grenada, Ms. Fullerton joined the SVM staff in 2005 and was instrumental in the clinic’s relocation to newly constructed quarters, from which it provided essential services to the University’s faculty, staff, and students. She then helped launch the SVM’s Office of Continuing Education, and has successfully managed more than 10 CE conferences since.

Ms. Fullerton earned her Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Cameron University in 2003, and went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration in international business from St. George’s University in 2008. In addition to her SVM responsibilities, she serves as the treasurer of the SGU School of Graduate Studies Alumni Association.
