Dr. Mercedes Velazquez started her veterinary career as an equine practitioner focus on theriogenology in equine farms for 5 years. Then, she moved into the marketing/sales field in the pharmaceutical industry where she developed executive skills, particularly in marketing research and team management. Dr. Velazquez is interested on the collection and analysis of market data to improve the service that is provided.

Dr. Mercedes Velazquez obtained her veterinarian degree from the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences at the Central University of Venezuela. She finished a certification in marketing at the Charter Institute of Marketing in London. Dr. Mercedes Velazquez spent 10 years as representative in Roche Venezuela.
