Bio
Sue is the director and project manager of the Center for BioMedical Visualization and has been in the field of medical illustration for nearly 25
years. She holds an MS from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a BFA from the University of Connecticut, and is a board-certified medical
illustrator. Sue has worked in multiple field specialties including pharmaceutical education, as a medical-legal illustrator for the defense
of malpractice actions, and for UT Health San Antonio supporting the medical school and clinical care divisions. Sue moved to Grenada in 2018 to join the BVIS team, continuing her passion for designing engaging educational materials. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree. She is also a faculty advisor to the Women in Medicine Club at SGU.
