IMPORTANT: If you use the Focused/Other tabs in Outlook, messages from our ticketing system may appear in your Other tab. Simply mark these messages as “Always move to Focused” to ensure that all email notifications pertaining to the status of your ticket, arrive in your Focused Inbox.
