    Biography

    Dr. Evbooma Morris is a dedicated physician and lecturer with a proven track record in general medicine and healthcare administration. He is passionate about teaching, viewing it as a dynamic and collaborative activity with mutual learning opportunities. Dr. Morris demonstrates strong teamwork and leadership qualities, supported by extensive experience in both hospital and clinical settings.

    Dr. Morris graduated from Lugansk State Medical University, Ukraine, where he obtained his medical degree. He is an alumnus of Brunel University, London, where he earned a Master’s in Public Health and Health Promotion, which further deepened his interest in research. He also obtained a Diploma in Education from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, Boston. Prior to pursuing a teaching career at SGU, Dr. Morris worked in several hospitals, gaining diverse clinical experience.

    His research interests lie in public health interventions, health promotion strategies, and medical education methodologies. He is particularly focused on the intersection of population health, preventive medicine, and innovative teaching strategies, aiming to improve both community health outcomes and the quality of medical training.

    Dr. Morris’s teaching strategies and professional experiences have inspired countless students in their career pursuits. He is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore and achieve their full potential.
