Biography
I graduated from the University of Westminster in 1993 with BA in English & History. In 1994 I gained a Post Graduate Degree in Education at London University with English major. Whilst teaching English full time in mainstream education I studied literature & language in education at London University and was awarded a master’s degree in 1997. Continuing teaching full time at college level, I studied education at Brunel and later Nottingham & Trent universities and was awarded a PhD in 2008. I moved to St. George’s University in 2010 where I currently teach English in the Humanities and Social Science department and research educational advancement in the Caribbean. In 2025 I achieved a Professorship.
