UNDERGRADUATE DEGREES

SGU’s undergraduate degrees provide students with a broad-based knowledge and appreciation of a variety of topics, in addition to a comprehensive professional and scholarly understanding of their chosen major. Our bachelor’s degree students typically complete five subjects per term with two 16-week terms annually, which allows most students to complete their undergraduate studies in four years.

Department of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences

The Department of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences offers a degree in general nursing. You will discover a rich academic experience that combines a foundation in theory and practice with hands-on learning and leadership development in a variety of healthcare settings.

DUAL DEGREE PROGRAMS

Establish the foundational science studies needed to prepare for a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). SGU’s dual-degree programs are ideal for preclinical and preveterinary students want to pursue a bachelor’s degree before earning an MD or DVM.

POSTBACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS

Complete the science coursework needed to enter medical school. SGU’s 43-credit postbaccalaureate program allows students to complete their prerequisite science classes in one year with a direct pathway into St. George’s University School of Medicine.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS

SGU’s professional certificate programs offer two high-demand tracks. In less than one year, you can gain the skills and credential you need to advance in your career. Each certificate program offers both theoretical fundamentals and practical application of best practices for today’s workplace.
