MBIO 4XX Fresh Water and Estuarine Ecology

The course will focus on the ecology of freshwater and estuarine, their origin and geomorphology, and broad principles of their ecology, hydrology, biogeochemistry, and biotic dynamics. It will also introduce students to the effects of anthropogenic impacts and the importance of maintaining the integrity of the ecosystem, with emphasis on Grenada’s surface water resources.
