Chim was working as the Director for Resident Services and External Affairs in The Discovery Leisure Group, one of the most leading developers in the Philippines. As part of the pioneer team, she started with sales and marketing responsibilities to further develop the brand and took part in the business development.

She had always been in the education industry prior to her last job. As a fresh graduate, Chim began her career joining the education industry as the Marketing Executive for MSD Personality Development and Manila Business Colleges, mainly holding recruitment responsibilities. She also worked in Manila as the Career Services Manager at Enderun Colleges, the number one culinary school that is in consortium with Alain Ducasse Formation. Also, she had been assigned as the official representative of Les Roches Switzerland and Illinois-based Kendall College in the Philippines before.

Chim holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in business economics, a Master of Business Administration, and a master’s degree in applied business economics.
