Dr. Caroline Jane Noel is a medical graduate from Cambridge University, U.K. During the Covid Pandemic she ran the Covid vaccination and testing center in Gouyave covering the Western Corridor of Grenada under WINDREF and Ministry of Health. She is currently a lecturer at St. George’s University, Grenada, within the Department of Clinical Skills. Her main role involves assisting in the running of the Simulation Center and teaching BLS. Recent research activities are centered on BLS and student perception of performance within the Simulation center. She was also involved in research on Covid-19 vaccination in Grenada.

Dr. Noel is currently the Chair of the Grenada National Chronic Non Communicable Disease Commission. Projects of interest regarding the increase in national health literacy include education for both the public and the medical fraternity regarding Child hood obesity plus advising on the Tobacco legislation especially regarding Vaping. Dr Noel is also a member of the Caribbean Cancer Portal steering Committee supported by WINDREF and grants from Pan American Health Organization. Dr. Noel is also Chair of the Grenada Women in Sport Commission with the Grenada Olympic Committee, currently heading the formation of a National Safe sport policy.
