Dr. Mavis Lynthia Millette is a Lecturer at St. George’s University attached to the Department of Clinical Skills within the School of Medicine. As a lecturer, she assists with developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment tools; providing guidance and support to students through one-on-one consultations or office hours; and evaluating and assessing student performance through exams, quizzes, assignments, and clinical evaluations.

Dr. Millette received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Georges University in 2011, and her Medical Degree in 2017 also from St. Georges University.

Her primary area of interest lies in Diabetes and Endocrinology, and she aims to explore the importance of Diabetes education, particularly its effect on patients’ self-care. She believes that ongoing research is critical to improving patient care and advancing medical knowledge in this area.
